Wedding Flowers:

A deposit of $150.00 is required to reserve space in our freeze dryer.

Deposits are required at the time of delivery of your fresh flowers.

Deposits are non-refundable and will be deducted from your overall balance.

The remaining balance is due at time of Design Selections.

We accept Cash, Checks and Paypal. Returned checks will be charged a $30.00 NSF fee. If we receive an NSF check, all future payments will be required be made in cash.

All sales are final.

Other Flowers:

Full payment is required at the time you deliver your fresh flowers to be preserved. If you are bringing flowers to be preserved for Sympathy Work, Anniversaries, Etc., you will need to make your design selection at the time of delivery of your fresh flowers.

Gown Preservation:

Payment is required at the time you deliver your gown to us for cleaning and preserving.

Memories Flower Preservation is designing for you a custom Preserved Floral work of art created from your fresh flowers to remember a special moment in your life. Each design is unique because the fresh flowers are from a time in your life that you will remember. Memories Flower Preservation has set certain terms and conditions to give you a better understanding of the Preserving and Design Process and well as the Payment Procedure.

• This is your consent to allow Memories Flower Preservation to create your preserved floral work of art using our best judgment with your selections. Memories Flower Preservation is authorized to use whatever materials and techniques necessary to properly mount any memento without regard to damage staining, or reversibility.
• Bouquets are not disassembled. Flowers not used in the design become the property of Memories Flower Preservation. Memories Flower Preservation reserves the right to substitute matching flowers when needed due to damage of original flowers. Extra charges may occur. You will be notified if these charges are greater than $20.00. Due to Mother Nature, flowers may change color. Color enhancement may be used.
• Flowers will change color tones over a period of time, taking on more mellow Victorian shading. Keep your Preserved Keepsake out of moist areas (i.e. bathrooms, kitchens, outside porches) and out of direct sunlight to prevent deterioration and pre-mature fading.
• Deposit on Wedding Flowers of $150.00 is required at time of delivery. Design selection on Wedding Flowers must be made within 2 weeks of completion of preservation process. Full payment is required at this time. For Fresh Flowers other than Wedding Flowers the Design Selection is made at the time you deliver the fresh flowers and Full payment is due.
• Once your design is completed we will contact you by phone or email. Keepsakes must be picked up within 3 weeks of call. Please call to set an appointment for pick up. Any keepsake not picked up after 45 days will be considered abandoned and will become the property of Memories Flower Preservation.
• Frame or mat changes will result in additional charges.
• In the event of Acts of Nature loss of power, fire or machine failure, our liability is limited to refund of the customer’s deposit and or payment made on keepsake.
• We do not ship glass containers. If keepsake is damaged in shipping, you must notify your carrier and Memories Flower Preservation within 24 hours. Keep all packaging material. Any authorized returns must be insured for full value.
• Memories Flower Preservation stands behind the quality of our work. Workmanship and materials are guaranteed for 90 days from the date the keepsake is delivered. All repairs will be done at cost during this period (shipping not included). Damage due to mishandling is not covered by the warranty. After the warranty period we will be happy to make repairs at a reasonable cost.
• Your order serves as your consent to allow Memories Flower Preservation or its representatives to use images created of your keepsake display cases for editorial, advertising, contest, and or exhibition usage.
